    Today's episode is super special to me for a few reasons.

    For one, I have one of the most important people in my life on the podcast. I had the joy of getting to travel back to Canada for my 10 year high school reunion in June (does anyone else feel like time flies by SO quickly?) and three of my best girlfriends from all areas of the world and I spent the weekend at my lake cottage to start the bon voyage to the boobs celebrations.

    It was such a magical weekend filled with love, laughter, goofy shiz and I had the honor of having my oldest friend, Caroline, flip the script and interview ME for this edition of our Solo episode series.

    Caroline and I have known each other for over 15 years and while we have taken super different paths in life, she is hands down the person who knows me better than anyone -- so it felt only natural to have her on the podcast!

      " It all started with a cleanse for me...it propelled me into this whole dieting world. I went raw vegan for a while and this is what I consider my anorexic phase. I was eating nothing but raw vegetables and cold soups. I was so malnourished and I held onto that for over a year."

      Rini Frey is a fitness instructor, TRX trainer and Eating Disorder Recovery online coach, in addition to being a wife and a momma to her Boston Terrier Bruce. She believe that all bodies are beautiful and deserve to be labeled as fit. Being fit and healthy is a feeling more so than a look and she is beyond excited to be part of the body positive movement.

      Her entire adult life was plagued by various eating disorders and now that she is recovered, she's made it her mission to help women embrace their bodies as they are. To focus on what their bodies are capable of, instead of what they look like.

      On February 6th, 2018, two days after my 27th birthday, I got a call that changed everything. That shook me to my core and has left me processing and spinning and navigating this new found identity.

      I almost didn't share this. 

      But it's my mission to be transparent AF and share the mess and goddamn if this is not the messiest thing in my own life right now.

      And I hope it brings some light to yours. That you feel just a little less alone. And that if you're going through something like this or know someone in your life that is, that this gives you the strength to know that whatever you are facing, you are STRONG enough to navigate it.
